We are flexible during evenings and weekends, supporting schools and Local Authorities to strengthen safeguarding and engagement where traditional school hours may be a barrier.
Crisis Intervention - 24-Hour Family Support Service
We offer a 24-hour in-home support service delivered by a team of qualified social workers and experienced support staff. This wraparound provision is tailored for families where concerns have been raised about parenting capacity, providing intensive, consistent, and flexible support during critical periods. We aim to empower parents through practical, strengths-based support that includes: Guidance on positive parenting techniques, informed by evidence-based models; Support in understanding child development to improve confidence and informed decision-making; Assistance in accessing relevant community resources, including health, housing, and financial services. All interventions are documented using a structured format aligned with the Common Assessment Framework (CAF), ensuring that information is accurately captured and can be easily shared with relevant professionals to support multi-agency working. This service is ideal for families subject to child protection plans or intensive family support and can be commissioned in partnership with Local Authorities or as part of early intervention strategies.
